PropTech Academy Association based in Zurich, Switzerland certified R8 Digital Operator – an Artificial Intelligence-based diagnostics and indoor climate control software solution for Commercial Real Estate developed by R8 Technologies – with International PropTech Innovation Label. This is the 1st case not just in Estonia but in the whole geographic area!

PropTech Academy Association is an independent regulatory institution that aims to promote an international standardization and evaluation process for PropTech companies in the real estate, construction and finance sectors.

The PropTech Innovation evaluation process has been developed in Switzerland. It is the first process of its kind in the world. Also, it is used in the creation of the International PropTech Standards.

R8 Technologies is active in 12 different countries across the EU, including Finland, Portugal, Austria, Switzerland, Germany, Netherlands and Poland. The company’s HQ is located in Tallinn, Estonia. Among the clients are WeWork, CBRE, EDP, Radisson BLU, EfTEN Capital and others. R8 Digital Operator is operating over 500.000 sqm of commercial buildings today, and the area will triple in 2021.
